Q. Reflecting on your first year with Stafforce, what are some of the most memorable moments or achievements?
Reflecting on her first year with Stafforce, Wiktoria highlights her experience working in partnership with Karro Foods, where she supplied temporary staff for farm work. This initiative had a positive impact on gross profit, showcasing her ability to meet client needs effectively. In addition to this, Wiktoria took on a new challenge by stepping into the role of Account Manager during a colleague’s maternity leave.
A. “I’ve had the chance to step up as an Account Manager while covering for maternity leave,” Wiktoria shares. “This experience has expanded my abilities and made me responsible for overseeing a site, which has been an invaluable learning experience.”
She also plays a key role in training new colleagues and demonstrating her leadership and mentorship skills. Another standout achievement has been her involvement in the Employee Forum, where Wiktoria serves as the main point of contact for colleagues, particularly those in Scotland. This platform has allowed her to enhance communication across the company, making her a vital part of the team.
Q. What initially attracted you to this company, and has your experience matched your expectations?
Wiktoria’s journey with Stafforce began long before her current role. She initially joined as a production operative and quickly transitioned to becoming a Stafforce Buddy, a role that involved checking attendance, conducting inductions, and handling administrative tasks. It was during this time that her relationship with the Stafforce team flourished, and she realised this was where she wanted to build her career.
A. “I was initially attracted to Stafforce because of my positive experience working through them as a production operative,” she explains. “The company’s security and trust have far exceeded my expectations.”

During her first year, Wiktoria has learned valuable lessons that have shaped her professional growth. A. “Recruitment is a fast-paced industry where decision-making and problem-solving are crucial,” Wiktoria notes. “I’ve become more confident in these areas, which has been key to my development.”

Q. Looking ahead, what are your aspirations/goals for the next year of your career with Stafforce?
As Wiktoria looks to the future, she is filled with ambition and excitement. Her primary goal is to continue her personal and professional growth, with aspirations to advance into a full-time Account Manager role. She remains committed to expanding her knowledge and skills in recruitment and aims to climb the career ladder within Stafforce.
A. “My goal for the next year is to keep growing personally and work my way up to an Account Manager position,” she shares enthusiastically. “I’m eager to continue learning and contributing to the company’s success.”
