Jo Dlugon Celebrates 5 Years with Stafforce
We recently reached an impressive milestone here at Stafforce – 5 years since Jo Dlugon became part of the team! To celebrate, we sat down with Jo to reflect on her journey, proudest moments, and the impact she has made over the past five years.
Five years in! What first attracted you to joining us here at Stafforce?
My interview was with Alison Cook and Christina Poulton. They looked and sounded like great leaders – strong, funny, and results-driven. I knew there were opportunities to grow and learn from the best.
Is there a part of your job that people don’t always see but is essential to making everything work?
Organisation – preparing a to-do list to stay on track and be as productive as possible.
If you could go back and give yourself advice on day one, what would it be?
Don’t be scared. I moved from Manchester in just 10 days. My friends and family genuinely thought I was crazy! Now I know it was definitely worth it. Fear is an essential part of every change.
What are your ambitions and goals for the next five years?
I am comfortable where I am. However, if I were to consider learning something new, it would most likely be sales.
What’s one fun or unusual skill you’ve picked up thanks to your job?
Not very unusual, but organisation is definitely key to working effectively in operations. I’ve also been told several times that I have the ability to break every printer I touch, that’s certainly a skill!
A heartfelt thank you to Jo for sharing her experiences and for her unwavering dedication over the years. Congratulations on this incredible milestone – here’s to even more success and memorable moments in the years ahead.
